Here’s the recipe for the side salad we did last night!
Blush Wine Vinaigrette (I like Brianna’s)
(Add however much of the above ingredients that floats your boat.)
1) Add spinach to a large serving bowl.
2) Add chopped white onion, craisins, chopped apple, walnuts, and feta to bowl.
3) Toss in vinaigrette and serve immediately.
