1 cup all-purpose flour or bread flour
1 cup cornmeal
1/2 cup sugar
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup vegetable oil or melted butter
1 cup buttermilk
2 eggs

1) Preheat oven to 350.
2) Combine all dry ingredients.
3) Whisk the eggs, oil/butter, and buttermilk in a separate container.
4) Pour the egg mixture into the dry ingredients. Whisk together until well combined.
5) Grease a 9×9 baking dish.
6) Bake at 350 for 25 minutes until golden brown.
